We hope you don’t have to cancel your adventure with us. In the event that you do, please review our cancellation policy below.
Customers are eligible for a full refund or credit if cancellation is provided with at least fourteen days’ notice from the date of departure. For cancellations made from 13 days until the day prior to departure, a 15% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Cancellations the day of or no-shows will be charged in full.
To cancel, use your confirmation email and select “Cancel Booking.”
Customers will receive a full refund or credit in the event of an operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. *
