CANCELLATION POLICY

Trip Cancellation and Refund Policy

For tickets purchased starting 3 April 2026.

We hope you don’t have to cancel your adventure with us. In the event that you do, please review our cancellation policy below:

We now offer the option to purchase trip protection by marking the box at checkout for ten percent (10%) of the value of the ticket cost (“Trip Protection”). Following purchase, ticket holders may also purchase Trip Protection up to 30 days prior to date of departure by inquiring via email at contact@agawatrain.com.

Purchasing Trip Protection provides the customer with a full refund of the cost of the ticket for cancellation at any time prior to the scheduled departure. When cancelling, the cost of the Trip Protection will not be refunded.

Without Trip Protection, no refund will be issued for cancellation by the customer any time after purchase. In the event of cancellation by us due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive at their choice a full refund or credit to the value of their ticket (Trip Protection will also be refunded). *

To cancel, use your confirmation email and select “Cancel Booking.”
