Itinerary
On the Train (1.5 hours each way): Guests will enjoy cedar tea, a wild rice dish, and participate in beading or dreamcatcher workshops. We’ll also share stories about the land, sing traditional songs, and include the Grandmother Drum for a deeper spiritual connection.
At Agawa Canyon: Once we arrive, we’ll guide a smudging ceremony and a tobacco offering. Guests can choose between a self-guided hike or joining us for an interpretive tour, where they’ll learn Ojibway words and explore the cultural and natural significance of the area.
Workshops: On the return trip, we’ll hold a Woodland Style painting workshop, where they can create their own artwork inspired by Indigenous stories and symbols.
